Job description
Job Responsibilities
  1. Based on annual business objectives, develop annual operating plans, budgets, and work plans for restaurants within the assigned region, and break them down into monthly targets.

  2. Track and analyze the actual performance of regional restaurant budgets, summarize lessons learned, and provide data support for budgeting in the next cycle.

  3. Monitor and control the use of regional operating budgets to ensure the achievement of regional targets.

  4. Develop regional talent plans, assess current staffing and talent reserves, and adjust personnel allocation across restaurants and positions as needed.

  5. Collect accurate information on regional trade area market trends, changes in consumer demand, competitors, and customer feedback to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of marketing plans and store operations.

  6. Utilize monthly profit management reports to guide control of food costs, labor costs, utilities, maintenance expenses, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

  7. Conduct performance evaluations for regional stores, continuously improving employee capabilities and overall performance.

  8. In line with the market stored-value card sales plan, supervise and drive sales performance to achieve targets.

Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

  2. At least 5 years of experience as a Regional Operations Manager, with solid knowledge of chain restaurant operations and management models.

  3. Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  4. Strong communication and learning abilities, with an excellent team-oriented mindset.

  5. Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using restaurant management systems.

  6. Singaporean Chinese candidates are most preferred.
