Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate online marketing channels, including Xiaohongshu (RED), Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan, create, and execute online advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Design graphics, basic visuals, and marketing materials for new product launches.
  • Develop online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase traffic.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media operations, or online promotion.
  • Ability to communicate in English for work‑related communication.
  • Skilled in managing social media platforms and online advertising tools.
  • Basic design capability (e.g., creating visuals, product posters).
