Job description

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Customer Service

• Update and maintain accurate shipment-related information in the system.
• Respond promptly and effectively to all import/export shipment enquiries.
• Work closely with ground operations teams to ensure all operational requirements are met.
• Collaborate with overseas counterparts to streamline and improve work processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform strong data analysis to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and provide comprehensive monthly reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain a systematic follow-up on outstanding tasks and emails.

Financial & Administrative Support

• Apply financial knowledge to assist in monthly accrual reporting.
• Verify and process payments in coordination with the Finance department.
• Fulfill other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
