Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsellor Support & Training:
    Organize onboarding, training, and case consultation sessions; troubleshoot platform issues.
  • Participant Safety Monitoring:
    Monitor dashboard for suicide risk flags and coordinate timely clinical escalation.
  • Research & Evaluation:
    Coordinate interviews, collect and summarize feedback, and support documentation for programme improvement.
