About the Role

We are hiring a responsible and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our daily laundry delivery operations. You’ll work fully from home, managing coordination through WhatsApp and phone calls, ensuring our drivers and clients are well informed and all deliveries run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate morning and afternoon dispatch for delivery drivers.
• Ensure every driver collects the correct laundry bags and cages for their route.
• Handle missing or additional bag requests from clients promptly.
• Verify delivery orders (DOs) and ensure all proof‑of‑delivery photos are submitted.
• Update clients on driver ETA and follow up on any wrong or incomplete deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and clients throughout the day.

Requirements

• English communication is required (spoken & written).
• Tamil‑speaking preferred – to coordinate effectively with drivers.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start work early (5:30 AM).
• Prior experience in logistics or operations coordination is a plus, but not mandatory.
