Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support GMP-compliant packaging and labeling activities. The role covers label printing, over-labelling, secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products, and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a cold room, follow site SOPs and GMP requirements, and participate in housekeeping and general duties. Winter wear is provided and full-time work from Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in GMP/compliant packaging environments is preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Comfortable working in a cold room environment.
• Willingness to adhere to site safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform GMP label printing and inspection.
• Carry out over-labelling and secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products.
• Support packaging operations for clinical trial products.
• Complete operational documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform housekeeping activities within the work area.
• Follow site SOPs, GMP requirements and company policies.
