• Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school safety, including security screening and crowd control.
• Ensure order during arrival and dismissal of children.
• Conduct daily walkabouts to check school compound safety.

Job description

Overview

Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school safety such as:

• Security screening, crowd, vehicle and carpark control, operate fire alarm, intruder alert, CCTV monitoring, record visitors to school.
• Ensure order and safety during arrival and dismissal of children.
• Daily walkabouts to check the school compound before/after school.
• School safety and risk management.
• Annual Fire Safety drills.
• Reporting to Operations Manager in the event of any criminal or other incidents in school.

Facilities, health and hygiene tasks

• Cleanliness of the school compound
• Facilities upkeep and maintenance
• Logistical support for events.

Communications and Personal Developments

• Maintain positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers.
• Attend trainings and workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence.

Others

• Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned.
