Job Roles:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bus depot, which includes liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure adequate resources for operations and local authorities on service performance.

• Engagement with bus captains for safe and quality service delivery

• Liaise with local authorities, as well as external and internal stakeholders on bus route diversion due to road closures.

• Monitor and submit performance reports on bus operations to Senior Management on a regular basis.

• Responsible for the safety, health and wellbeing of the department staff and visitors to the department through effective safety leadership and compliance with the business Health and Safety Policy, standards, procedures and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.

• At least 3 years of working experience in a supervisory role in a fast‑paced environment.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Good analytical and people management skills.

• Good situational awareness with an eye for details.

• Able to multi‑task.
