Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Technical and Inventory) to support our SOC/Isotank operations. This role involves managing equipment movement, inventory accuracy, and coordinating with partners across regions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare On-Hire and Off-Hire reports for Isotank equipment
• Manage and update inventory records with accurate data input
• Arrange trucking for empty Isotank units
• Source and follow up with SOC/Isotank prospects and agents internationally
• Monitor and submit daily SOC/Isotank activity reports
• Coordinate Off-Hiring procedures for SOC/Isotank units
• Verify invoices related to SOC operations and technical equipment
• Oversee LOLO (Loading/Offloading) activities to ensure proper handling of inventory

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies/Logistics of shipping discipline with 1 to 2 years experience
• No Experience are welcome
