The role involves creating orders, managing flight movements, and ensuring all catering requirements are met. The position requires flexibility to work at Changi and Seletar Airports across three rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in catering activities for private jet customers.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Private Jet ARM.
• Cross deploy in Food Solutions when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of catering related activities for esteemed Private Jets/ Charter Flights customers
• Orders creation and dissemination to kitchens and support areas (e.g. Purchasing) for follow up;
• Monitor and acknowledge flight advice or movements;
• Handle administrative matters for ordering and billing;
• Ensure that all catering requirements of each flight is met.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by Private Jet ARM
• Cross deployed across sections in Food Solutions when required

• Able to work as a team with the various departments and complement the Catering Supervisor and Officers (Private Jets / Charters) whenever necessary.
