Job summary

A leading merchandising and events company in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to manage logistics and deploy merchandising materials across various locations. The role involves coordination of events, setup of displays, and support during activations. Candidates must possess a Class 3 SG Driving License and be able to converse in Mandarin. This position requires physical strength and flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Class 3 SG Driving License – must have.
• MUST be able to converse in Mandarin to support interactions with Chinese clients.
• Experience in retail merchandising, events, or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy merchandising materials to stores and event venues.
• Coordinate logistics for roadshows, pop-ups and retail events.
• Set up & tear down visual merchandising displays.
• Troubleshoot and support retail tech demos.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials to field teams.
• Organize deployment schedules, ensuring resources are prepped & ready.
• Drive and transport materials to stores, warehouses & event locations.
• Provide hands on support during activations.
