Job summary

A growing administrative firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to manage phone and email correspondence, support front desk duties, and provide administrative support to site teams. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of administrative experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Immediate commencement is preferred.

Qualifications
