Role Overview
The Operations and Business Strategic Manager will lead critical initiatives across Ryde for Business, autonomous vehicle programs, corporate tenders, and strategic growth projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Ryde for Business initiatives: Own end-to-end operations forcorporate accounts, driving client onboarding, engagement, retention, and scalable business solutions.
- Drive Autonomous Vehicle projects: Plan, execute, and scale AV initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring measurable operational impact.
- Manage Corporate Tenders and Partnerships: Lead government and corporate tender processes, from strategy and proposal development to submission and relationship management, ensuring alignment with Ryde’s growth objectives.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Manage high-impact growth projects end-to-end, define KPIs, track progress, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver tangible results.
- Analytics and Insights: Conduct market, competitor, and internal data analysis to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Process Optimization and Operational Excellence: Standardize workflows, implement best practices, and continuously enhance operational effectiveness across projects.
- Ad-hoc and Diverse Initiatives: Execute diverse tasks and undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed, demonstrating agility, ownership, and leadership in high-priority initiatives.
