This role involves handling correspondence, performing data entry, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks such as purchase orders (POs) and billing. The ideal candidate is proficient in office software, demonstrates strong administrative skills, and contributes to maintaining an efficient and well-organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional administrative and customer service support to internal teams and clients.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, report preparation, and document proofreading.
  • Assist with office management tasks including purchase order (PO) processing, bill submissions, supply ordering, and inventory tracking.
  • Coordinate calendar scheduling and arrange appointments for team members or clients.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with company data protection policies.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in office administration with basic IT knowledge (understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software terms).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
