Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in admin or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update production orders and invoices using SAP ERP System.
• Verify production orders and invoices with supervisors.
• Perform cost transfers for orders and invoices.
• Conduct departmental cost analyses and draw meaningful insights.
• Create production plans and reports, and management presentation decks.
• Understand and resolve basic HR and business-related issues.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
