Operations

• Customer Relationship Management system management (ZOHO CRM)
• Online store content (product, prices, inventory) management
• Liaison for landlord, contractor and suppliers
• Quarterly audit of SOPs for improvement
• Support in online store content (product, prices, inventory) management
• Ensure sufficient packing materials inventory management and quality control of packed orders, with appointed warehouse vendor.
• PDPA Data Protection Officer

Administration

• Accounts Receivable and Accrual management using ZOHO Books
• Timely preparation of finance processes and documentation for
• Management's approval (
• Timely renewal of Singapore Government regulatory licenses and other licenses/permits
• Monthly management reports (debtor statement of account, Purchase Order, Invoice, inventory, finance, etc)
• Liaison for government agencies and regulatory authorities
• Inventory and Accounting system management (if it’s an existing system she would need to be taught how to use for entries using ZOHO Books
