Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Support the preparation and submission of safety reports, incident logs, risk assessments, and audit findings.

  • Monitor and track safety certificates, permits, and licenses to ensure timely renewal or submission.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external agencies on safety-related matters.

  • Assist in the implementation of workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and initiatives.

  • Follow up on corrective actions resulting from safety audits or inspections.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and documentation management.

  • Support incident investigation procedures by providing required documentation and coordinating reports.

  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires with safety induction and documentation requirements.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Safety Management, or related discipline.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a safety or operations environment.

  • Familiarity with WSH regulations and safety documentation is an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
