An Alternative Investments firm is seeking an Operational Due Diligence Analyst to join the team. The role can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

You will be part of a 9-10 pax team reporting into the Head of Operational Due Diligence. Conduct end-to-end ODD reviews on hedge funds, private equity, and other alternative asset managers, assessing operational infrastructure, risk controls, and governance. Analyze service provider relationships, valuation processes, compliance frameworks, and business continuity practices. Prepare clear, insightful reports highlighting key risks and recommendations for investment committees. Collaborate with investment, legal, and risk teams to support ongoing monitoring and enhance manager selection.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years relevant experience in alternative investments, with investment associate/analyst experience/internal controls background. Strong communication skills, project management skills will be a pre-requisite for the role. Do note that the role requires some travel and the ability to communicate with stakeholders in Chinese will be crucial.
