Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations across assigned sites.
  • Deploy manpower effectively to ensure sufficient coverage at all locations.
  • Train and monitor site cleaners to ensure cleaning standards and safety procedures are followed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve complaints or operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with HR for manpower planning, leave, and replacement arrangements.
  • Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; liaise with vendors as required.
  • Prepare operational reports and update management regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in related field is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations or facilities management.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
