Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day coffee shop operations.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages tailored to customer's preferences.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workspace in real-time, assigning staff on their necessary tasks, deep clean of outlet, manage in-store merchandise, equipment, chiller and freezer.
• Staff training and supervising colleagues.
• Cashier duties and settlement.
• Customers services and management.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
