Job description

Responsibilities

• Team management: Supervise and lead a team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Operational oversight: Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, monitoring and improving workflows and productivity.
• Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies and solutions to increase efficiency.
• Compliance and standards: Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.
• Reporting and analysis: Monitor performance metrics and generate reports for upper management to inform decision-making.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Problem-solving: Address and resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
