Job summary

A local engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Operation & Service Technician to support customer services for electrical panel manufacturing. Responsibilities include attending to customer complaints, assisting with manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications

• Relevant experience is a plus.
• Own personal transport (motorbike) is required.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.

• Responsible for weekly import & export items.

The Operation & Service Technician

Responsible for support of our local team on customer services for electrical panel manufacturing and assist in daily work process activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customer complaint & rectify the problems at site.
• Understand the work process of steel enclosure manufacturing, provide suggestive solution to factory for customer feedback.
• Responsible for weekly import & export items.
• Assist delivery lorry for loading/unloading.
• Collect urgent materials from local suppliers.
• Assist to set up in-house FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
• Assist with simple installation, assembly & wiring jobs.
• Keep warehouse area tidy.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Travel to local customer sites.
• Travel to our factory in Senai (Johor).

Requirements

• Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience is a plus.
• Own personal transport (motorbike) is required.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
• Ability to commence immediately or with short notice.
