Responsibilities

Plan, establish, and manage day-to-day security operations across all sites.

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), post orders, and emergency response plans.

  • Ensure effective deployment, supervision, and performance of security personnel.

  • Monitor operational KPIs, incident reports, and service quality.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing requirements, and client contracts.

Build and structure the security organization from ground up, including manpower planning.

  • Recruit, train, and retain qualified security staff and supervisors.

  • Develop training programs to enhance skills, discipline, and professionalism.

  • Establish command structure, reporting lines, and escalation procedures.

  • Foster a strong security culture focused on integrity, accountability, and service excellence.

Support management in identifying and pursuing new security contracts and business opportunities.

  • Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and prepare operational proposals and costing.

  • Assist in client presentations, negotiations, and onboarding of new contracts.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and contract renewals.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services (e.g., additional guards, technology, or special services).

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.

  • Handle client feedback, complaints, and corrective actions professionally.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, authorities, and vendors as required.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments at client sites.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security standards.

  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage operational budgets, manpower costs, and overtime control.

  • Optimize resource utilization while maintaining service quality.

  • Support accurate billing, attendance verification, and cost control measures.
