Job summary
A hospitality management company in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to oversee the Dishwashing and cleaning department operations. Responsibilities include liaising with directors, managing HR tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and excellent interpersonal skills. The role requires flexibility to work across multiple locations, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Able to work in islandwide locations and go to multiple locations daily.
- Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation for Dishwashing/cleaning department.
- Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
- Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- To Oversee daily operation and activity for Dishwashing/cleaning department
- Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects
- Liase with HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.
- Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s
- Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.
- Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
- Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Any other duties assigned by directors
