Job summary

A hospitality management company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily activities in the dishwashing and cleaning department. The ideal candidate will coordinate with directors and the HR department for manpower planning, resolve employee conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and be open to working across various locations, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in management.
  • Able to work islandwide and visit multiple locations daily.
  • Ability to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations in the Dishwashing/cleaning department.
  • Liaise with directors and HR for planning and execution.
  • Assist in developing and improving KPIs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. To Oversee daily operation and activity for Dishwashing/cleaning department

2. Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects

3. Liase with HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.

4. Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s

5. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

7. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

8. Any other duties assigned by directors

Requirements:

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience

4. Excellent interpersonal skills
