Job summary

5 days work week, Mon‑Fri 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end factory operations, ensuring optimal throughput, cycle time, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage production costs and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure safe operations, strong 5S discipline, proper machinery utilization, and effective use of factory space.
  • Lead and coach a team of engineers, supervisors, and production staff to meet performance and quality targets.
  • Prepare and present monthly production performance reports to Senior Management.
  • Provide technical support to the sales and project teams when needed.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in precision engineering or metal fabrication preferred.
  • Good understanding of ISO standards.
  • Proven track record managing manufacturing teams.
  • At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
