A leading custom furniture company in Singapore is seeking a Marketing and Operations Manager to enhance brand awareness, manage marketing channels, and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in marketing strategies and a strong understanding of client relationship management. This role involves ensuring project delivery, improving operational efficiency, and fostering high performance within the team.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy to enhance brand awareness and market presence in Singapore.
Manage all marketing channels, including digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns), public relations, and offline promotional activities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Plan and oversee participation in home fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events.
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create compelling marketing collaterals, case studies, and a strong portfolio.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the entire client journey, from initial inquiry to post-installation support.
Establish and maintain a robust client relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions, feedback, and ensure timely follow-up.
Proactively address and resolve client concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
Create client retention programs and referral initiatives to drive repeat business.
Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
Oversee the day-to-day operational activities, including project coordination, workshop management, inventory control, and logistics.
Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage and mentor the operations team, including project coordinators, administrators, and logistics staff, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Liaise closely with the Sales, Design, and Installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with all local Singapore regulations and company quality standards.
