1. Operational Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Streamline workflows, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, recommending improvements.
2. Project & Client Delivery Management
- Oversee consulting project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate between cross‑functional teams (consultants, HR, finance, IT).
- Manage client expectations and ensure service excellence.
3. Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Leverage technology (e.g., ERP, CRM) to automate and optimize operations.
4. Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.
- Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance reviews and workforce planning.
5. Financial & Resource Optimization
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Negotiate with vendors and optimize procurement processes.
- Analyze financial reports to drive cost‑efficiency.
6. Business Growth Support
- Collaborate with leadership on business expansion strategies.
- Support proposal development and client engagement initiatives.
- Identify new operational opportunities to enhance profitability.
Requirements
- 1. Bachelor's / Master in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
- 2. 8 years in operations, preferable in consulting/ professional services.
- 3. Proven track record in process improvement and team leadership.
- 4. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- 5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- 6. Profeciency in project management tools (e.g. Ms Project, Asana, Trello).
- 7. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
