Job description
Overview

Providing daily administrative support, including data entry, filing, record-keeping, and conducting stock-take inventory sessions at retail / warehouse level.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper communication on inventory levels, replenishment requirements, and stock movements.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflows and the adhering of company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, and service providers on import/export shipments, logistics arrangements, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage demand forecasting, product requirements planning, and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and local deliveries.
  • Prepare and review reports, including inventory status, sales performance, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Support the Manager in driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare, verify and maintain accurate operational documents, including shipping manifests, inventory records, purchase orders, invoices, and payment records.
  • Attendance site meeting and site walkabout on day-to-day basis for effective communication and planning purpose.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
