Responsibilities

Daily Tasks

• Check platforms for new orders - Shopee, Lazada, Webstore (via SiteGiant)
• Fulfil and pack orders for delivery
• Ensure store and warehouse is neat and tidy

Weekly Tasks

• Post new SKUs to platforms
• Arrange incoming shipping
• Unbox and check new inventory

Monthly Tasks

• Stock take

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Carousell.
• Comfortable using project management tools (like Notion).
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage repetitive tasks without supervision.
• Good communication skills for team and supplier coordination.

• Excel/Google Sheets (reporting)
