A leading training organization in Singapore is seeking an organized Operations Executive (Trainer Relations). This role involves managing the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of freelance trainers, ensuring top-quality course delivery. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Executive (Trainer Relations) to join our dynamic team at Skills Development Academy. In this vital role, you will be the cornerstone of our training operations, responsible for the end-to-end management of our freelance trainer network.
You will play a key part in ensuring our courses are delivered by top-tier professionals by sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating with our trainers. If you are a master of coordination with a knack for finding great talent, we want to hear from you!
Proactively hunt for and identify potential trainers on professional platforms like LinkedIn, industry forums, and job portals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet our high standards for subject matter expertise and teaching ability.
Manage the complete trainer onboarding process, from initial interviews to final integration.
Organize and facilitate "Train-the-Trainer" sessions to familiarize new instructors with our curriculum, standards, and teaching methodologies.
Ensure all trainer documentation, including contracts, certifications, and personal details, is accurately collected, verified, and maintained.
Manage and update the central trainer database, keeping records precise and accessible.
Develop and manage the master training schedule, meticulously plotting all classes.
Assign suitable trainers to classes based on their expertise and availability, ensuring all courses are covered without conflict.
A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an operations, HR, or recruitment role, preferably within the education or training industry.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with online sourcing tools.
A self-motivated and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy 14 days of annual leave with additional one day increased per completed year of service, max capped at 18 days
