Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Crewing Assistant to support offshore crewing operations. You will handle a range of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth crewing activities and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Offshore (Crewing) Division.
  • Maintain and update crewing records, filing systems, and crew certificates.
  • Handle data entry, documentation, printing, and filing tasks.
  • Coordinate crew travel arrangements and prepare related applications.
  • Assist in maintaining petty cash statements and other financial records.
  • Support crewing operations with crew payroll, rotation planning, and welfare matters.
  • Liaise with Masters, Port Authorities, and Flag States (e.g., MPA) on crew-related issues.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification; Diploma or Degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in crewing or marine administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Familiar with MLC regulations and STCW certificates.
  • Bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with Indonesian crew.
  • Meticulous, organized, and a good team player.
