A facilities management company in Singapore seeks an Operation Executive with dormitory experience. The role involves managing security and cleaning teams, overseeing resident processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience and relevant certifications, including CERT, with proficiency in English and additional languages being advantageous. This position requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Respond to correspondence from HQ and external authorities.
Support the admin team during resident check-in/check-out processes.
Lead and manage the Security & Cleaning Team.
Monitor daily activities and ensure adherence to PLRD regulations and internal SOPs.
Manage incident reports and breaches of house rules.
Plan duty rosters and oversee the deployment of Security Officers (SOs).
Coordinate with external security agencies.
Submit monthly job cards and attendance records to HR.
Lead sourcing for quotations (ad hoc and contract renewals).
Track maintenance contract expiry dates and ensure timely renewal or replacement.
Conduct quarterly inspections of commercial units and enforce tenant BOH rules.
Manage pest control vendors and ensure compliance with schedules and contract scope.
Act as main coordinator for site events.
Coordinate with MOM ACE Team, HQ Marketing, and external parties.
Handle logistics, venue setup, and event publicity (emails/WhatsApp).
Submit post-event reports with feedback to HQ.
Serve as CERT Site Main Controller (SMC); certification preferred.
Minimum 2 years of continuous experience in a FEDA dormitory (1,000 pax or more).
Possess the relevant certificates for CERT and WSQ Implement Incident Management Process Cert is added advantage.
Willing to work at Tuas South (transport provided from the nearest MRT to the dormitory).
Proficient in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages such as Tamil, Bengali, or Mandarin will be an advantage to effectively communicate with Tamil, Bengali, or Mandarin-speaking clients.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, incident reporting systems, and basic maintenance workflows.
A multi-tasker and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
