Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role focused on supporting hospital operations in the development of medical response plans for communicable disease outbreaks. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably within a hospital context. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $6K and opportunities to impact public health response while working collaboratively with hospital stakeholders.

Job description

Duration: 1 yr contract

Salary: Up to $6K

Job Scope:

• Support in development of the scenarios and plans for medical and operational responses for communicable disease outbreaks, continuity of hospital’s critical services, civil and national emergencies, with guidance from the health ministry as well as hospital stakeholders (both medical and operations); and operationalise the plans by supporting hospital stakeholders’ development of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Supporting the building up of the hospital’s capabilities (including operational, IT and infrastructure capabilities) to support medical and public health response to communicable disease outbreaks, continuity of critical services, civil emergencies and mass casualties incidents.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in any field
• Min. 2 years working experience in operations preferably hospital operations/ response management or any related fields.
