A leading automotive consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Operation Executive to manage sales documentation and support new car registrations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in sales administration, a diploma in business administration, and strong organizational skills. This role requires proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication abilities.
Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, payments and invoices, loan, trade-in, and insurance applications.
Ensure organized records of vehicle sales, customer information, and relevant documents.
Correspond with LTA on matters pertaining to new regulations and new car registration.
Submit information and documents to banks/financial institutions for loan approval and follow up.
Assist in refund payment.
Manage COE bidding and vehicle registration.
Ensure correct rates and charges for PDI, warehouse storage, transportation, handling fee etc.
Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
Compute a CAPEX worksheet with supporting information on the cost of vehicle.
Liaise with Sales on the homologation status, vehicle availability, add-ons requirement.
Raise the Request for Approval (RfA) in myServe system.
Prepare info for issuance of motor insurance.
Obtain latest mileage reading, retail price with and without additional options to source for quotes.
Provide buyers / dealers NRIC / ACRA for Business Partner Due Diligence check.
Prepare and get signature for Sale and Purchase Agreement, Asset Disposal Form, Tax Invoice, Delivery Order, and vehicle details includes Gain/Loss against Net Book Value data.
Follow up necessary document and payment from buyers / dealers.
Co-ordinate with buyers / dealers on the date and time of collection.
Transfer of vehicle ownership via One Motoring (LTA) website.
To cancel motor insurance once cars are sold.
Any ad hoc tasks which may be assigned by immediate superiors or General Manager, Finance & Admin.
Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
Knowledge of automotive sales processes and regulations.
Proven 2 years of experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
