Job summary

A leading cleaning services provider in Singapore is seeking a motivated professional to manage operations and teams efficiently. The ideal candidate has a Degree or Diploma and at least 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This role offers the opportunity to liaise with clients and ensure service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the cleaning industries.
• Knowledge of WHS and its credentials.
• Good communication skills with professional email etiquette.
• Able to work independently and multi-task.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Drive to meet corporate objectives and operational benchmarks.
• Conduct daily on-ground assessments and plan work requirements.
• Manage a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaners.
• Act as point of contact for service requests and feedback.

• Ability to work within budget constraints, requirements and performance KPIs
• Ability to manage and work with a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders and Cleaners

• Customer liaison on service level and performance standards
