Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a candidate responsible for order management, monitoring shipping schedules, and liaising with clients on deliveries. The role involves invoicing, maintaining stock reconciliation, and coordinating with international teams on logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Order management from Order processing.
- Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfill orders committed.
- Liaise with clients on open orders, deliveries and reschedules.
- Perform Invoicing and Accounts Receivables.
- Maintain inventory and stock reconciliation.
- Extract and compile information to create report.
- Filing, Posting and Data entry.
- Perform daily arrangement for delivery & customers’ collection of goods.
- Perform order processing into accounting system.
- Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfill orders committed.
- Manage and build a good relationship with 3rd party transporter to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Manage and work closely with Malaysia/Thailand/China team on the day to day operations.
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate shipment and liaise with external parties or forwarders.
- Ensure that all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
- Coordinate the day to day import/export logistics operations with Malaysia/Thailand/China team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Assist to submit GST supporting document to accounts department
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superiors/ Management
