Job Scope / Key Responsibilities

Morning – Document & Administrative Duties:

  • Personally handle the collection and delivery of company documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for document handling and related administrative tasks.

  • Maintain proper filing and ensure all records are up to date.

Afternoon – Operations Coordination Duties:

  • Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to support day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain and update vehicle inventory records (stock in/out).

  • Monitor and manage vehicle availability and utilization.

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs — schedule servicing, liaise with workshops or service providers, and track completion status.

Requirements
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and coordination abilities across departments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).

  • Familiarity with vehicle coordination and document management is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, transport, or automotive industries.

  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance coordination is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
