Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. in Singapore seeks a data-driven professional to own plant data analytics and reporting, ensuring KPI accuracy and actionable insights for operations.

You will monitor inventory, batch closures, costing and variances, and contribute to budget planning and cost improvement. You will also develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives, serving as a data champion for the site.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years experience in inventory control, manufacturing analysis, production planning, costing, or business analytics.
• Experience using ERP systems (Oracle R12 highly preferred).
• Experience in inventory reconciliation and variance management.
• Experience performing manufacturing batch closing activities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costing and inventory transactions

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain plant operational databases, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Analyze COPQ, material yield, inventory performance, production efficiency and manufacturing losses.
• Identify abnormal trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews.
• Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Perform daily batch closing and manufacturing transaction verification.
• Monitor RM, WIP and FG inventory accuracy.
• Review inventory variances, shrinkage and reconciliation results.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Support stock counts and ensure inventory records accurately reflect physical inventory.
• Establish reporting tools for budget and cost performance monitoring.
• Track actual versus budget performance and identify key variances.
• Monitor manufacturing losses, COPQ and inventory-related financial impacts.
• Support annual operating plan (AOP), forecasting and cost improvement initiatives.
• Develop, maintain and improve SOPs related to: Inventory Control, Batch Closing, Transaction Management, Data Reporting, Material Reconciliation.
• Ensure ERP data integrity and compliance with internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement projects.
• Serve as the AI champion for the SG site and drive adoption of AI productivity tools
• Custodian for SG OP16 savings tracking
• Perform tasks as assigned

1. Plant Data Analytics & Business Reporting

FORMAL EDUCATION

1. Required：Bachelor's Degree in any of these

2. Preferred：Certification in:
   • APICS / CPIM
   • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
   • Power BI

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

1. Required:
