Job description

Only candidates with past F & B leasing experience are considered. The candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  1. Handle leasing issues with food courts/shopping centres, negotiate rents and terms for business expansion.
  2. Approve operational budgets.
  3. Optimize operating profit by permanent control of every account on the statement.
  4. Monitor restaurant operations sales performance against budget.
  5. Responsible for developing and implementing F&B’s annual business plan and medium-long term strategies.
  6. Manage, train, and develop team members within all budgeted guidelines.
  7. Establish business continuity and crisis management plans across operations.
  8. Ensure operational standards meet sanitation requirements, food safety regulations, operation licenses, and loss prevention.
  9. Formulate strategies for continuous improvement.
  10. Drive the development of new recipes.
  11. Drive business development and evaluate new business opportunities.
  12. Handle urgent operational issues at outlets.
  13. Manage new outlet openings and administrative tasks.
  14. Restructure and manage outlet operations with proper manpower planning to maximize sales and profitability.
  15. Prepare business reports and perform other ad-hoc duties.
  16. Manage outlets with proper manpower planning.
  17. Uphold safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards as required by NEA & SFA regulations.

Note: Candidates are required to work on weekends and shifts.
