Our client is a growing local courier and logistics solutions provider.

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Leader to drive business expansion, oversee key client relationships, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team. This role is suited for a commercially driven leader with strong understanding of local courier service workflows and the ability to scale business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and operations teams to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key clients to ensure service excellence and account growth.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Monitor and devise operational workflow to ensure efficient daily operation aligned with service standards.
  • Prepare periodic business reports and present insights to management.
  • Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by the management team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or related commercial roles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive business performance in a competitive market.
  • Strong business acumen with keen ability to identify opportunities and convert leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
