Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize daily operations across international freight forwarding (air & sea) and domestic/international road transport;
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant cargo movement from origin to destination;
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness;
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and address performance gaps;
• Manage and evaluate logistics service providers and partners to ensure high service standards and compliance;
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and propose improvements accordingly;
• Build and mentor the operations team, ensuring strong performance management and talent development.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or road transport operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
• Strong knowledge of international trade terms (INCOTERMS), customs clearance, transportation regulations, and documentation;
• Proficient in logistics and transportation management systems (TMS), and other relevant tools;
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
