Job Description & Requirements
- Overseeing day to day operations in the workshop
- Manage and monitor smooth coordination within the workshop
- Plan and schedule work to ensure proper distribution
- Manpower planning for work sites
- Monitor the entire premises maintenance
- Monitor employee presence and overall discipline
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or management in a professional and efficient manner
