Responsibilities

  • Conduct general repairs and maintenance of premises and equipment.
  • Manage visitor entrance and departure to ensure a safe environment.
  • Prepare and arrange rooms for various functions within the facilities.
  • Assist in the movement and labeling of assets.
  • Ensure key facilities are operational and coordinate external maintenance when necessary.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to the designated Reporting Officer.
  • Oversee inventory management processes.
  • Operate the Fire Command Centre, monitor CCTV systems, and respond to fire safety alarms.
  • Participate in the facilities' Fire Safety Committee.
  • Adhere to safety precautions in all work activities.
