Job description

Role Description

This position reports to the Director daily and will manage all the work that goes on in the warehouse, ensure that safety & security measures for the warehouse is at the highest standard.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

• assist the Director in managing operations including equipment maintenance, purchases, maintain healthy inventories level and documentation of inventories
• coordinate with the team on the delivery/receiving date and make arrangements for the goods to be stored away
• ensure that safety & security measures for the warehouse is at the highest standard
• work closely with team to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
• organize and maintain Goods Inventory records and maximize storage areas
• ensure working environment is in compliance with all local regulations and standards
