A leading social media platform in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role focusing on e-commerce search strategy and user experience. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, proven experience in e-commerce, and strong abilities in data analysis and communication. This position involves collaboration with various teams and reporting directly to leadership based in China. Candidates should be proficient in English and Mandarin.

The TikTok Shop Search Operations Team is dedicated to establishing and enhancing users' awareness of shopping on TikTok, spurring users' e-commerce demands, elevating the user experience, and driving the growth of the e-commerce business.
We aim to improve the quality of the query, evaluate and optimize the outcome of the machine's results, and provide data sets for model training to better distinguish various intents of TikTok search queries. By identifying whether the user's manual search terms have e-commerce intentions and judging their e-commerce relevance score, the system can better determine whether to recommend more e-commerce‑related search terms to users.
