Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Finance Operations team.
  • Prepare and contribute to month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Conduct variance analysis and review of local and subsidiary accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, GST, CIT, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow and treasury functions.
  • Participate in and prepare annual and forecast budgets.
  • Coordinate with external consultants on audits and compliance matters.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement operational improvements.
  • Maintain and enforce financial processes and internal controls.

  • Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships
  • Participate in and prepare annual and forecast budgets
  • Coordinate with external consultants on audits, taxation, banking, legal, and compliance matters
  • Identify, analyze, and implement operational improvements
  • Maintain and enforce financial processes, internal controls, and compliance with company policies
  • Resolve operational software issues
  • Perform additional duties as required
