Job summary

Revolver, a Michelin-recommended boutique open-fire grill dining concept in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore, seeks a Chef De Partie to run a dedicated station (Grill/Fire, Tandoor, Prep, or Cold Larder) in a fast-paced kitchen. You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure consistency, precise fire control, and sanitary standards.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ culinary experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant, hands-on live-fire cooking experience, and good English

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Hands-on experience with live-fire cooking, charcoal/binchotan grills, or tandoor ovens.
• Good spoken English to communicate with kitchen brigade and front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for your assigned station during prep and service.
• Master control of open-flame cooking, grilling, and tandoor baking per standards.
• Operate professionally in an open-kitchen layout with high standards under pressure.
• Guide and support junior kitchen staff in daily tasks.
