Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking event staff in Singapore for a one-day assignment on 31 Oct 2026. You will attend briefing, set up the venue, prepare logistics, and guide students, parents and guests throughout the event.

Operating hours are 7:30am–6:30pm (10 hours excluding a 1-hour lunch break; meal is provided). You will move equipment and manage crowd flow, answer queries, and clear the venue at the end. SGD 14 per hour. Meal provided.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods.
• Able to carry equipment such as chairs, tables, stationery, etc.
• Reliable and punctual in arriving for duty.

Responsibilities

• Attend briefing at the venue.
• Set up the venue before the event.
• Prepare logistics.
• Guide and assist students, parents and guests for the event.
• Movement and set-up of equipment, tables, chairs, stationery, etc.
• Manage and regulate the movement and flow of students, parents and guests.
• Answer guests’ queries.
• Clear the venue at the end of the event.
