Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage construction workers and daily site activities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining schedules, and checking material orders. A minimum of 1 year of experience in reinforced concrete works is required, with a preference for candidates with formwork or carpentry experience. Regular overtime and weekend work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years’ experience in reinforced concrete works in construction is required.
• Experience in formwork or carpentry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction workers on daily site activities.
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
• Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house‑keeping.
• Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works.
• Check and ensure material order and fabrication works in compliance with the specification and drawings.
• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of projects and carry out associated administrative duties.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice‑versa.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
